We do not accept AZHCCCS insurance.
Will you tell me what my treatment will cost before I commit?
Yes — always. Before any treatment begins, our treatment coordinator will provide you with a complete fee breakdown and your estimated insurance share (if applicable). We believe in completely transparent pricing with no surprises.
