What to expect at your first visit.
When you first schedule an online dental appointment or over the phone, we’ll collect some information about you and your needs so we’re fully prepared to deliver a great dental visit! That includes your email address. We’ll send you the necessary forms, such as health history, medication questionnaire, and dental concerns, electronically, or you can print and bring with you. Our insurance specialist confirms dental insurances before new patient appointments so we can give you estimates of what your dental insurance will cover.
Our office has comfy chairs, fresh blankets for warmth, laughing gas for anxiety, and pills for deeper relaxation during dental work.

Your new patient appointment begins with one of our dental nurses taking time to learn about your health history, dental concerns, and previous experiences to better understand your individual needs and goals. Digital dental x-rays and diagnostic records are then completed, and the patient is comfortably prepared for Dr. Ebner’s comprehensive evaluation. Dr. Ebner performs a detailed head and neck examination, TMJ evaluation, oral cancer screening, and a thorough assessment of the gums, teeth, and overall oral health. Using digital x-rays, periodontal measurements, and intra-oral photos, she reviews her findings with the patient and creates personalized recommendations designed to improve long-term dental health, comfort, and function.

Innovative Dentistry has a Dental Savings plan that will save you money! The Dental Savings Plan has one low fee that covers you for the whole year(12 months). It is an affordable way to access quality dental care from our dental team with real savings over our standard fees. The Dental Savings Plan includes preventative care like cleanings, exams and necessary x-rays at no additional fees. The Plan offers discounts for every dental services we provide in the office, dental crowns, dental implants and Invisalign invisible braces. There are no insurance denials, waiting periods or deductibles to complicate things!

Mission of Mercy
She volunteers her dental services for Mission of Mercy which provides free dental care to any Phoenix resident over the course of two days at the Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Phoenix AZ in December each year.
A.T. Still University
Dr. Ebner held a position as adjunct instructor at the A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health where she enjoyed instructing dentists-in-training and sharing her experience with the enthusiastic students.
Veterans StandDown
Dr. Ebner volunteers at Arizona Veterans StandDown Alliance, the three day healthcare event which provides free services, including dental care to Arizona's veterans. She provides paid time off for her employees who join her at this wonderful event.
